An oval cabochon cut tourmalinated quartz set in a sterling silver bezel ring, with light natural distressing and patina from aging the silver in open air. The stone measures approximately 14x10mm. Each of these tourmalinated quartz forms when clear quartz forms with spines of black tourmaline throughout. While the occurrence is not inherently tremendously rare, we hand select our tourmalinated quartz for the highest quality and the most depth of character available.
